Although it has been a while since the last blog post, I can assure you that there continues to be a lot of work being done behind the scenes. The steering committee continues to meet and the construction continues. George Haddad and I spoke at the Masses the weekend of May 16th & 17th to give an update of our progress. The construction continues with work on the handicapped unisex bathroom and the power room for the elevator. As soon as pictures are available they will be posted.
I am happy to report that as of today, our pledge total is $343,000. This is a great accomplishment but we are still short of reaching our goal of $360,00. If you have not made your pledge it is not too late. We are still accepting pledges. Any pledge amount will be greatly appreciated.
